Where do you want to be in your career in five years time? It's a good question and some of us know the answer immediately. However, some of us struggle with questions about what the future will look like for us. I work with clients helping them get clear about where they are in their career and what future they want for themselves and the people who matter to them.
​I particularly enjoy working with people who find themselves at transition points in their careers.  This work can include exploring career direction and supporting managers and leaders in developing management and business skills to support their progress in their chosen career.

I work with clients to effectively manage priorities and deadlines, achieve optimal work/life balance, manage their stress level and that of their teams, communicate and build stronger relationships with bosses, peers and direct reports, level-up their emotional intelligence, strengthen their executive presence, and illuminate "blind spots" in their behaviour affecting their impact and advancement.

​I have considerable experience working with senior management and with managers responsible for international teams. I have worked with professionals in the field of Law, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications, Medicine, Insurance, Oil Production, Media, Engineering, Banking and Investment.
